The major findings of this study were as follows:First, the perceived levels of dimensions of the learning organization of employees in large corporations were found to be theoretically on the average. Particularly, the dimensions of people level, including continuous learning, dialogue and inquiry, team learning, and empowerment, were lower than the dimensions of structure level such as system connection, embedded systems, and providing leadership. Second, all variables of the dimensions of the learning organizations had significant relationships with the workplace learner competencies. Moreover, the workplace learner competencies were explained by empowerment and team learning in order. Third, all variables of dimensions of the learning organizations had significant relationships with the workplace learners' role competencies. According to the workplace learner competencies by roles, significant predictors were differentiated though. Based on the results of this study, some recommendations for future research were made as follows: First, further research is needed to develop the competency scales of workplace learners for measuring the objective level of competencies. Second, the construction of dimensions of the learning organization, and the relationship between the construction and the workplace learner competencies should be investigated.
