초록

이 연구의 목적은 농업인의 특성에 따른 맞춤형 농업인 교육프로그램 모델을 개발하는데 있었다. 농업인 교육프로그램 모델은 모델의 구성요소 도출, 작목별 농업인의 성장단계 및 교육영역 도출, 작목별 농업인의 교육요구 구명 등의 절차에 따라 개발되었다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 문헌고찰, 내용분석, 조사연구, 전문가 인터뷰, 전문가 협의회 등의 방법을 활용하였다.연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업인 교육프로그램 모델의 구성요소는 모델 명칭, 교육목표, 교육대상, 교육내용, 교육방법, 고려사항(교육인원, 교육시기, 교육기간, 집체교육 합숙여부, 교육평가, 선호내용, 프로그램 운영시 참고사항) 등으로 설정하였다. 둘째, 교육대상 및 교육내용의 차별화를 위해 농업인의 성장단계를 20개 작목에 따라 영농규모 혹은 영농경력을 준거로 구분하였다. 또한, 작목별 농업인의 교육요구를 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육시기 및 기간, 교육인원, 합숙여부, 교육평가에 따라 구명하였다. 셋째, 농업인의 특성에 따른 맞춤형 농업인 교육프로그램의 모델로서 작목별로 20개, 공통영역 4개를 개발하였다. 교육프로그램 모델에는 교육목표, 교육대상, 교육내용, 교육방법, 고려사항 등을 구체적으로 진술함으로서 프로그램 개발자에게 일반적이고 표준화된 틀을 제공해줄 수 있도록 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop the education program model for farmers. The education program model was developed through analysis of model's element, investigation of farmers' growth phase, analysis of farmers' needs. The result was as follows. ① The education program model was consist of model name, goals, target population, contents, method and other considerations(the number of persons, time, period. evaluation). ② The farmers' growth phase was divided by farming scale, farming years. According to analysis of farmer's needs, differentiation of contents was needed by farmers' characteristics. ③ The education program model was developed through concrete statement according to model's elements. Through expert committee, developed models were verified as a standard framework that help farmer educator to develop a program.
