약물 아나필락시스: 의약품부작용보고원시자료 분석 연구

아나필락시스는 급격하게 발생하는 전신적인 과민반응으로 인해 생명을 위협할 수 있는 심각한 반응으로 정의된다. 약물은 음식물, 곤충독과 함께 아나필락시스를 유발시키는 주요 원인 중의 하나로 성인에서는 가장 흔한 아나필락시스의 원인으로 알려져 있다. 국내 15개의 3차 의료기관에서 아나필락시스로 진단받은 16세 이상의 환자들을 대상으로 한 조사에서도 약물이 전체의 46.6%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지했다.1 또한, 약물은 아나필락시스로 인한 입원 및 입원일 연장에 영향을 미치는 주요 위험 인자였으며, 사망 사례의 가장 흔한 원인으로 보고되었다.
