국내 소아 생선 알레르기 진단과 관리의 현재
The diagnosis and management of fish allergies in the real world: A focus on Korean children

초록
생선은 단백질과 불포화지방산이 풍부한 건강 식품으로 알려져 있어 최근 소비가 늘어나고 있다.1 생선 섭취 후에는 다양한 식품 이상 반응(adverse food reactions)이 발생할 수 있는데, immunoglobulin E (IgE) 매개와 비 IgE 매개에 의한 면역학적 반응과 독성(toxins) 및 불내성(intolerance) 등의 비면역학적 반응으로 나누어진다.2 IgE 매개 생선 알레르기는, 식품을 섭취 후 수분에서 수 시간(대부분 2시간) 이내 경한 두드러기부터 심각한 아나필락시스에 이르기까지 다양한 반응이 나타나고, 반복적인 것이 특징이다.
