Abstract

A Study on Factor of Academic Acheivement in theMultimedia Assisted Social Studies Education: Focused on Learners Factor Kang, Woon-SunDaegu UniversityThe purpose of this research is to analysis learner’s factor of academic acheivement inthe multimedia assisted social studies education after experimenting with various media inactual teaching and learning processes. For doing this, I selected computer and printed media,all of them are composed of learning content on environmental issues, and then actually applyeach of those media to experimental groups. I select as sample groups for my study, totally 4 classes of Middle School in Seoul, thehalf of which is schoolboy’s classes, the other half is schoolgirl’s ones. And according to usedlearning media, To analysis learner’s factor of academic acheivement in the multimedia assisted socialstudies education, subjects were divided two groups. One group was provided with multimedia, another group was provided with printed material. I make use of questionnaire designed to collect the data.
