사이버대학원의 역량기반 교육과정 체계 수립을 위한 사례 연구

본 연구는 평생교육기관으로서 사이버대학원이 변화하는 사회적 요구에 부응하기 위해, 역량기반 교육과정 체계를 수립하는 데 필요한 요소들을 도출하고, 개발사례를 분석함으로써, 사이버대학원 교육과정체계 수립을 위한 활동모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여, 전문가 패널에 의한 단축형 역량 모델링 절차를 따라, 서울 소재의 A 사이버대학원을 대상으로 교육과정 운영책임자와 내용전문가인 전공별 교수진과 함께, 역량기반 교육과정체계를 수립하기 위한 역량 산출물을 개발하였다. 해당 산출물은첫째, 대학원 교육목표와 전공 교육목표의 연계표, 둘째, 전공별 역량도출 및 역량명세서, 셋째, 전공 교육목표, 관련 교과목 및 역량 연계표, 넷째, 전공 역량 및 교과목 세부 연계표, 다섯째, 전공별 역량기반 교육과정 로드맵을 포함하고 있다. 최종적으로, 본 연구는 이러한 절차와 결과물을 바탕으로, 사이버대학원의 역량기반 교육과정 체계 수립을 위한 활동모형을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the essential components of competency-based curriculum (CBC) in the graduate school of a cyber university, and to develop an activity model for the CBC. For this purpose, this study analyzed the cases of the developed CBCs for A cyber university, Seoul, and developed the competency outcomes with the shortcut method of an expert panel as a competency modeling. The competency outcomes include 1) the matrices showing match between the educational objectives of the university and those of three individual departments, 2)the department competency profiles, 3) the matrices showing match between the educational objectives for the departments, related courses, and department competency, 4) the specific matrices showing a match between departmental competency and the related courses, and 5) the roadmaps for CBC. This study also suggested the activity model for establishing a system of CBC in the graduate school of a cyber university.
