Abstract
In this research, we analyzed economic impacts of GHG mitigation target according to tax recycling method using a top-down economic model (a computable global endogenous growth model) reflecting Korea's economic, energy and environmental systems. Scenarios is classified auction and grand-fathering by allocation method in emission trading scheme. It is also classified into four scenarios of R&D investment, reduction of consumption tax, reduction of income tax and reduction of corporate tax according to Tax recycling method. It shows that GDP loss of policy 1(R&D investment) is lowest among scenario and GDP Loss has increased in the order of policy 2(reduction of corporate tax), policy 4(reduction of consumption tax), policy 3(reduction of income tax), policy 5(grand-fathering).
