농업의 4차 산업화에 따른 농지･농업･농업인의개념 및 농협 조합원 자격에 관한 고찰

Abstract

After discussing the concept of farmland and agriculture following the 4th industrialization of agriculture, this study reestablished the concept of a farmer and tried to review the membership criteria of the Agricultural Cooperatives in response to the 4th industrialization based on this. The direction of change in farmland, agriculture, and farmer concepts is summarized as follows. First, it is necessary to break away from the traditional concept of land farming and approach the farmland with the concept of inclusiveness. Second, the concept of agriculture should be comprehensively expanded to an industry that produces agricultural products. Third, the concept of farmers also needs to be expanded. Lastly, according to the change in the concept mentioned above, it is necessary to re-examine the qualifications for membership in the NACF. The change plan for this is as follows. First, it is necessary to change the contents of the farmland scale. Second, it is necessary to expand the scope of farmers. Third, it is necessary to establish a new agricultural cooperative and link with the small and medium-sized enterprises cooperative.
