초록
This study analyzes the characteristics and performance of cross-sector collaboration among social economy organizations (SEOs) from a life-cycle perspective. SEOs, which conduct economic activities to achieve social objectives, heavily rely on cross-sector collaboration for their sustainability and performance. This research categorizes the life-cycle of SEOs into the Introduction, Adaptation, Growth, Mature, and Decline stages, and investigates whether the impact of cross-sector collaboration on performance varies across these stages. Analyzing data collected from 4,040 domestic SEOs, the study identifies (1) differences in collaboration characteristics according to the life-cycle stages of the organizations, (2) differences in organizational performance according to the life-cycle stages, and (3) differences in the impact of collaboration on performance at each life-cycle stage. The results of this study can serve as valuable foundational data for the operation and policy development of SEOs.
