말더듬재발 성인을 위한 이야기치료가 상태불안 및 말더듬개선에 미치는 영향에 대한 사례연구

이 연구는 이야기치료를 통해 성공적인 말더듬치료 후에 재발이 됨으로써 오는 상태불안을 해소하고 유창한 구어를 장기간 유지하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 환자는 말더듬평가에서 심한정도가 경도이상이며, 발달성 말더듬인 자로써 신경학적, 신체적, 정서적으로 손상이 없는 자이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 이야기치료가 말더듬 성인의 상태불안에 미치는 효과는 초기에는 상태불안 점수가 60점, 유년기부터 십대까지는 61점, 이십대 이야기에서는 49점, 삼십대에서는 49점, 사십대 이야기에서는 58점을 나타내었다. 그리고 오십대 이야기에서는 가장 안정된 상태인 36점, 현재에서는 39점을 나타내었다. 두 번째, 이야기치료가 말더듬빈도에 미치는 영향은 단어전체반복이 13%SS에서 점차 감소하여 7%SS로, 단어부분반복은 53%SS에서 10%SS로 되었다. 연장은 15%SS에서 0%SS로 되었으며, 투쟁은 7%SS에서 0%SS로 되었다. 이상의 결과에서 이야기치료는 유창한 구어를 장기간 유지시켜주고, 상태불안을 감소시킨다. 또한 말더듬빈도를 감소시킨다는 것이 입증되었다.
Abstract
This study was aimed of the effects of the narrative treatment to be successful in reducing state anxiety and enhancing fluency in the long-term. The subjects relapse stuttering of this research were developed a stuttering behavior without any apparent neurological damage or other speech or developmental impediments. The results of the study are as follows: First, The result of the narrative therapy was in the beginning state anxiety 60 score, form childhood to ten years 61 score, twenties years 49 score, thirties years 49 score, forties years 58 score, fifties 36 score, present 39 score. Second, The result of the narrative therapy was hole word repetition 13%SS to 7%SS, part word repetition 53%SS to 10%SS. The prolong was 15%SS to 0%SS, struggle was 7%SS to 0%SS. In the result, narrative therapy was enhancing fluency in the long-term and reducing state anxiety. Stuttering frequency decreased in the interim assessments.
