장애아동 어머니의 양육경험과 교육태도가 삶의 만족도와 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회 지지의 매개효과

본 연구는 장애아동 어머니의 아동 교육태도와 양육경험이 사회 지지를 매개로 하여 어머니의 삶의 만족도와 교육 만족도에 미치는 직· 간접적 영향을 파악하고자 대구․경북 지역에 거주하며 장애아동 교육기관 및 교육시설을 이용하고 있는 349명의 장애아동 어머니를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계 및 다중회귀분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 어머니의 교육태도와 양육경험은 사회 지지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 양육경험은 어머니의 삶의 만족도와 교육 만족도에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 제시되었으나, 교육태도는 삶의 만족도와 교육 만족도에 직접적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사회 지지를 통한 간접효과를 분석한 결과, 양육 경험과 교육 태도 모두 삶의 만족도와 교육 만족도에 사회 지지를 통한 간접효과를 가지는 것으로 제시되었으며, 본 결과를 바탕으로 실천적, 이론적 함의와 후속연구의 방향을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of parental experiences and educational attitudes of mothers of children with disabilities on their life satisfaction and educational satisfaction using a mediator of social supports. For the purpose of the study, 349 mothers of children with disability who reside in Daegu and Kyungpook province participated. The results of the study indicated that mothers' parental experience impact on their social support, life satisfaction and educational satisfaction while mothers' educational attitude impact on only social support after controlling educational level, financial level and children's disability levels. Mothers' perceived social support also impacts on their life satisfaction and educational satisfaction. Next, mothers' parental experience and educational attitudes had indirect impact on their life satisfaction and educational satisfaction through social support. Based on these findings, implications for practical and theoretical work with these families are discussed and recommendations were made for the further study.
