아버지 애착과 아동기 외상이 미혼여성의 연애관계 형성 및 지속에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 20대 중반 이후 여성들의 연애관계의 형성과 지속에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인들에 대해 탐색해보았다. 이를 위해 서울, 부산 지역의 23세 이상 미혼 여성 370명을 대상으로 아버지 애착(IPPA-R), 아동기 외상(CTQ-SF), 연애관계에 대한 비합리적 신념(RBI), 성에 대한 의미(SMS), 대인관계 유능성(ICQ)을 측정하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 연애 지속 기간에 따라 아버지 애착, 연애관계에 대한 비합리적 신념, 성에 대한 의미, 대인관계 유능성의 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 현재 연애를 하고 있는 여성들의 아버지 애착, 성 의미, 대인관계 유능성 점수가 높고, 아동기 외상 경험과 비합리적 신념 점수가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연애 경험 횟수가 많을수록 성에 대한 의미가 긍정적이고 대인관계 유능성이 높았다. 마지막으로 아버지 애착이 연애 경험으로 이어지는 경로에서 대인관계 유능성의 매개효과를 확인하였고, 아동기 외상경험이 연애 경험으로 이어지는 경로에서 성 의미의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 20대 중반 이후 여성들의 연애 관계의 형성과 지속에 초점을 맞춘 첫 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과의 시사점과 한계 및 후속 연구에 대한 제안 등이 논의되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of father attachment and childhood trauma and mediation effects of irrational belief for romantic relationship, sexual meaning and interpersonal competence on unmarried woman’s formation and maintenance of romantic relationships. The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised(IPPA-R), the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form(CTQ-SF), the Relationship Belief Inventory(RBI), the Sexual Meaning Survey(SMS), the Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire(ICQ) were administered 370 women. Results of this study were as followed. First, direct effect of father attachment was significant. Second, mediation effect of interpersonal competence on the relationship between father attachment and formation and maintenance of romantic relationships was significant. Also, mediation effect of sexual meaning on the relationships between childhood trauma and formation and maintenance of romantic relationships was significant.
