심리적 통제척도(PCS-YSR)의 타당성 연구: 대학생을 중심으로

초록

본 연구에서는 대학생을 대상으로 부모의 심리적 통제를 측정하는 PCS-YSR의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 우수한 내적 일치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도가 있음이 확인되었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 6요인모델이 1요인(16문항), 1요인(8문항)보다 더욱 좋은 적합도 지수를 보였다. PBI와 PAQ와 PSI의 비교분석을 통해 심리적 통제는 부정적인 양육행동에 수렴하였고, 행동적 통제는 긍정적인 양육행동으로 수렴하였다. 또한 심리적 통제는 우울, 불안, 삶만족, 자존감, 부적정서를 유의미한 수준으로 예측하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 PCS-YSR가 후기 청소년기의 자녀를 둔 부모의 심리적 통제를 측정하는 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구가 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 논의에서 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 다루었고, 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the reliability and validity of the PCS-YSR scale of parental psychological control targets college students. As a result, excellent internal consistency and test-retest reliability has been confirmed. 6 factor structure’s fit indexes are better than 1 factor structure’s in confirmatory factor analysis. Psychological control through comparative analysis of PBI and PAQ and PSI were converging on the negative parenting behaviors, behavioral control were converging positive parenting behaviors. In addition, psychological control are depression, anxiety, life satisfaction, and self-esteem, negative emotion predicted significant level. The results of this study suggest PCS-YSR is to be a reliable and valid tool for measuring the psychological control of the parents of the children of late adolescence. Dealt with the implications and limitations of this study and discussion, we propose a follow-up study.
