Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide a rationale for school physical education agency's establish, organization and administration, to be helpful the enact Decree of the School Physical Education Act. Through this study, the following conclusions were drawn:First, suggested necessity of the school physical education promotion agency's establishment by looking currant status and problem of school physical education related institutions in korea. Second, examined the duties of department prescribed in this act for enact Decree of School Physical Education Promotion Act. Third, prepared the decree clauses of School Physical Education Promotion Act by the School Physical Education promotion Agency's establish, function and officers of the term, formation and administration. And suggestions for the future, in order to a activate of physical education, related organ's cooperative work would be very important. Not only need to be the School Physical Education Promotion Agency's establish, but also the role of those agency.
