한국 자폐증 진단검사(Korean-Autism Diagnostic Scale)의 표준화 연구 및 웹기반 평가 시스템 개발

본 연구의 목적은 미국자폐회(ASA)의 자폐증 정의와 미국정신의학회(APA)의 DSM-Ⅳ-TR의 진단기준을 기초로 하여 한국 자폐증 진단검사를 표준화 개발하고 이를 토대로 웹기반 평가 시스템을 개발하기 위함이었다. 최종적으로 총 322명의 자폐 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 신뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 내적 일치도, 표준 측정오차, 안정성 신뢰도 및 평정자간 일치도를 산출하였고, 타당도를 알아보기 위하여 내용타당도와 구성타당도를 산출한 결과, 본 검사도구가 신뢰도와 타당도가 유의미하게 높은 검사인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 자료를 토대로 다른 자폐 아동 및 청소년들과 비교하기 위한 표준점수, 자폐지수, 백분위 등 규준표를 작성하였다. 한편 표준화한 자료를 토대로 <인터넷> 상에서도 평가의 효율성 및 사용자의 편의성을 증대시키고 정확한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 웹기반 평가시스템을 개발하였다. 본 검사도구는 임상장면 뿐만 아니라 학교 장면 등에서 또 부모, 교사, 임상가 등 누구나 쉽고 편리하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study was executed to develop Korean Autism Diagnostic Scale for identifying persons with the autism, and to construct web-based computer-assessment system. Subjects were 322 children and young adults who had been diagnosed as autistic, and teachers, psychologists and their parents were asked to rate the subtests of KADS(stereotyped behaviors, communication, social interaction). The result of internal consistency, standard error of measurement, test-retest, and interrator reliability demonstrated strong reliability of the scale. In addition, the median coefficients and intercorrelations for the subtests were significantly high in statistical analysis. In other words, the scale was known to be reliable and valid. Also, the web-based computer assessment system was developed on the base of the result. As a result, this study suggest the scale can be scientifically and effectively used for diagnosis and assessment of persons with autism in the various settings and on-line.
