아스퍼거 장애아동의 놀이치료 사례연구

이 연구는 아스퍼거 장애아동을 대상으로 총 80회기의 장기 놀이치료를 통하여 사회적 행동의 증진, 부적응적인 언어사용의 조절, 주변대상과의 타협 및 관심있는 행동표현, 둔한 운동성의 향상의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 아스퍼거 장애아동에게 이미 경험적으로 실시되어온 사회적 스토리 학습의 암기식 사회성 프로그램에 대한 치료적 대안을 목적으로 사회적 상황과 맥락에 보다 적절히 부합하는 행동 증진에 가능성을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 놀이치료의 효과 검증을 위해 놀이치료의 목표와 전략의 달성정도를 치료과정을 통해 상세하게 평가하였다. 아동의 행동변화의 정도를 측정하기 위해 K-CBCL을 사전 사후에 비교 평가하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 놀이치료는 아스퍼거 장애아동에게 부적절한 사회적 행동을 감소시키고 구체적인 사회적 상황에 대한 행동과 단서를 이해하는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 타인들에게 혐오적 반응을 일으키게 하는 표현이 감소되었으며 상황의존적인 적절한 비언어의 사용도 증가되었다. 셋째, 사회적 행동이 증가되었으며 스스로 조절하는 능력도 향상되었다. 본 연구의 제한점으로는 단일 사례가 가지는 통계적 효과 검증에 다소 어려움이 있어 일반화에는 한계가 있다.

Abstract

This thesis is to examine children with Asperger Disorder in terms of changes in the increase of social behaviors, the control of non-adaptive verbal use, the compromise with surroundings, the interested behavioral expressions, and the improvement in inert movement through 80 sessions. This study is to propose the possibility of behavioral improvement in more accord with social circumstances and context, aiming at offering an alternative to social story learning, rote learning that has been practiced empirically. In order to test the effect of play therapy, the achievement degree of the goals and strategies of play therapy are assessed throughout processes of play therapies in a very careful manner. Then in order to examine the level of changes in the child's behavior, K-CBCL case is both compared and assessed before and after the incident. First the result shows that play therapy turns out to be effective in decreasing inappropriate behaviors of children with Asperger Disorder as well as helpful in understanding the behaviors and clues to specific social behaviors. Second, it reduces the expressions that hurt other people's feeling and builds up the use of appropriate context-dependent and non-verbal language. Third, it extends social behaviors and improves the ability to control self. But this study has some limitations to be generalized since it has a problem of testing the statistical effect that a single-case study usually has.
