연구 대상은 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 만4∼6세 유아 1002명이며, 유아의 탄력성을 측정하기 위해 LeBuffe와 Naglierei(1999)가 개발한 DECA(The Devereux Early Childhood Assessment)를 사용하였고, 유아의 문제행동을 측정하기 위한 도구로는 Behar와 Stringfield(1974)의 PBQ(The Preschool Behavior Questionnaire)를 사용하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between an infant’s resilience and problem behaviors. The subjects of this study were 1002 children who are at the age of 4 to 6 from 20 child care center and kindergartens. In order to measure an infant’s resilience, we used DECA(The Devereux Early Childhood Assessment )by LeBuffe and Naglierei(1999). we also used Behar(1974) and Stringfield’s PBQ(The Preschool Behavior Questionnaire) which had been adapted by Jang young Sook and Jo jung ae (2000) to measure an infant’s problem behavior. We used T-test, multiregression analysis and correlation analysis to analyse collected data. Data analysis above revealed following results:Firstly, we found a higher subfactor of the problem behavior with male groups than female groups. However, female groups showed a higher subfactor of the resilience than male groups. Secondly, we found how a infant’s resilience influences on problem behaviors with all groups. The result are as follows: hostility and aggression as a problem behavior are influenced by self-control and attachment as a resilience. Self-control effected on a concern, anxiety and other problem behaviors. Thirdly, according to the result of male groups, self-control as a resilience mainly influences on all the problem behaviors. On the other hand, we found that self-control and attachment as a resilience both effects on all the problem behaviors with female groups. Finally, according to the result of all groups, the problem behaviors such as hostility-aggression and attention deficit-hyperactivity are effected by self-control and attachment as a resilience. Self-control as a resilience influences on a concern, anxiety and other problem behaviors.
