본 연구는 독서치료 프로그램이 품행장애 청소년 3명의 부적응행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 연구의 대상은 17세와 15세의 남자 청소년 2명과 17세의 여자 청소년 1명이었다. 부적응행동으로는 공격행동과 규칙위반행동의 2가지로 규정하였다. 공격행동은 언어적 공격행동과 신체적 공격행동으로 분류하였고, 규칙위반행동은 무단결석과 프로그램 회기 중의 규칙위반행동으로 분류하였다. 연구설계는 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를 사용하여 기초선, 중재, 유지의 3단계로 나누어 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 독서치료를 통해 품행장애 청소년의 부적응행동이 감소됨을 확인하였다. 공격행동에서 매 회기마다 감소를 가져왔으며, 공격성 관련 사전사후 검사의 변화를 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 규칙위반행동 역시 감소되었다. 무단결석행동의 경우 매 회기마다 결석 비율이 감소됨을 볼 수 있었다. 독서치료 회기 중 규칙위반행동 역시 매 회기마다 감소하였고 규칙위반 관련 사전사후 검사의 변화를 통해 이를 확인하였다. 그리고 독서치료를 통해 품행장애 청소년의 왜곡된 인지구조의 변화과정을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study looked into the effect of bibliotherapy on maladjusted behavior by changing the distorted cognition of 3 adolescents with conduct disorder. The objects of this study were two male adolescents aged 17 and 15, and 1 female adolescent aged 17. This study labeled the aggressive behavior and the behavior in violation of regulations as maladjusted behavior, and classified the behavior in violation of regulations as absence without leave and the behavior in violation of regulations during the program session. Regarding the research design, this study collected and analyzed data by dividing them into three stages including the stage of baseline, stage of intervention and stage of the keeping using the multiple baseline design between objects. The results of this study are that confirmed the decrease in the maladjusted behavior of the adolescents with conduct disorder through bibliotherapy. At every session, the research objects produced the decrease in aggressive behavior, which this study could confirm through the changes in the pre/post test on aggressiveness. The behavior in violation of regulations also decreased. In case of the behavior. without leave, this study could confirm the decrease in absence at every session. And this study was able to confirm the changing process of the distorted cognition structure of the adolescents with conduct disorder through bibliotherapy.
