대학생의 역기능적 분노표현 및 부정적 정서조절이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착의 조절효과

초록

본 연구는 대학생의 역기능적 분노표현과 부정적 정서조절이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였으며, 우울을 감소시키기 위한 효과적인 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구·경북에 소재한 대학교에 다니고 있는 대학생 501명을 대상으로 BDI-Ⅱ, 분노표현검사, 정서조절척도, ECRS를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역기능적 분노표현과 부정적 정서조절은 우울과 정적상관을 보였으며, 성인애착과 우울은 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 역기능적 분노표현이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성인애착이 높을수록 역기능적 분노표현이 우울에 미치는 영향력은 낮아졌다. 셋째, 부정적 정서조절이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 성인애착은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성인애착이 높을수록 부정적 정서조절이 우울에 미치는 영향력은 낮아졌다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 우울을 감소시키는 데 있어 성인애착의 중요성을 검증하고, 상담 및 심리치료를 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze moderating effects of adult attachment as moderator variable in order to know how much university student’s difficulties in dysfunctional anger expression and emotional regulation would influence on depression. For this study, 501 of university students are used as subjects. The sales used for this study are BDI-Ⅱ, Anger Expression Style Checklist, Emotional Regulation Strategies Checklist, ECRS. The results of study are as follows. First, dysfunctional anger expression and negative emotional regulation have a positive relationship with depression. Also, adult attachment have a negative relationship with depression. Second, analysis showed that the moderating effect of adult attachment in the relationship between dysfunctional anger expression and depression is significant. Third, the moderating effect of adult attachment in the relationship between negative emotional regulation and depression is significant. In conclusion, this study confirm the important role of adult attachment to reduce depression and provide basic data for counseling and psychotherapy.
