현대 설교의 과제에 대한 기독교교육적 고찰

현대의 설교는 위기에 직면해 있다. 따라서 설교학은 여러 방면에서 그 해결 책을모색하고있다. 그중하나는설교를단순히선포적인행위로보기보 다는 소통으로 접근해 가고자 하는 것이다. 커뮤니케이션에 대한 이해를 설 교에 적용하여 좀 더 전달력 있는 설교를 하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 쌍방적 소통으로 설교를 이해하고 실천하기 위해서는 몇 가 지해결해야하는과제들이있다고본다. 인격적접근, 삶의상황에대한이 해와 접근, 언어의 이해와 개발 등이다. 첫째, 쌍방적 소통은 설교자와 회중 간의 인격적인 존중과 이해에 기초할 때 가능한 것이다. 둘째, 회중들의 삶 의 상황을 구체적으로 이해하며 다가가는 설교를 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 관 습적인 언어에서 벗어나 하나님의 진리를 보다 역동적으로 표현할 수 있는 언어를 찾아야 한다. 또한 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 미치는 영향에 대해서 도 고려해야 한다고 본다. 쌍방적 소통을 추구하는 현대설교가 갖는 과제들을 해결하기 위해서는 무 엇보다 기독교교육의 기여가 필요하다. 기독교교육이 설교의 과제에 대해 논하기 위해 선결되어야 하는 것은 바로 기독교교육과 설교의 관련성에 대한 인식이라고 생각한다. 그리고 그 관련성 위에서 현대 설교의 과제들을 위해 기독교교육이 할 수 있는 역할들을 모색해 본다. 첫째, 기독교적 인성교육의 실천이다. 둘째, 문화이해 교육이다. 기독교적 입장에서 세계관과 삶의 방식들을 이해하고 성찰 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 셋째, 언어의 개발을 위한 교육이다. 교회의 언어에 갇혀 있지 않도록 소통 의 언어 능력을 키우고 또 말과 글로의 표현만 중요시하는 것이 아니라 비 언어적 커뮤니케이션의 분위기를 형성할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 마지막으 로 연구자는 신학교육의 개선이 필요하다고 주장한다. 현대 설교의 과제를 해결하기 위해서는 무엇보다 신학교육과정의 개선이 있어야 한다고 본다. 신학교육이 단순히 신학적 지식이나 능력을 키우는 것에 그치지 않고 기독 교교육철학의 기초 위에서 바른 인성을 세워나가도록 교육과정을 구성할 필 요가 있다고 본다. 이를 위해서는 설교학과 교육학 사이의 학문적 교류가 보 다 원활히 이루어져야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The preaching has been confronted with the crisis. Accordingly, many new methods of preaching has been attempted. And the idea of preaching has been changed. The preaching is considered more than as one way transmission. It tends to be defined as communication. Through understanding about communication and applying it’s principles to preaching, it is expected to elevate the effect of the preaching. It seems that this attempt results three tasks of preaching. To communicate with the congregation, the preacher should apprehend and respect the personality. and to understand the context of life in the concrete. It is also necessary to develop the various language that is different from habitual church language and to have regard for the influence of non-verbal communication. We consider these tasks in the perspective of christian education. Essentially and biblically, education(teaching) and preaching are inseparably related. Therefore, the role of christian education is very important to solve the tasks of preaching. We suggest as follows. Firstly, the formation of character should become effective in the level of family, school and church. We emphasize also re-education of character for preachers. Secondly, we propose the education to understand and reflect the life style and the world view. Thirdly, it is necessary to develop the capacity for the rich, practical and creative usage of language and for the management of non-verbal communication. The christian education of the humanities shall be needed. Finally, the curriculum of the theological education should be improved. The subjects of practical theology, as christian education and counseling, should be considered more meaningfully for educating the preachers of future. We think, first of all, that it is important to establish the organic and dynamic relationship of education and preaching on the biblical view.
