이 연구는 가정예배의 활성화를 위한 교회의 교육적 방안을 제시하기 위한것이다. 지금까지 가정예배에 대한 다수의 문헌들이 발간되어 왔으나 그 대부분은 자료집에 해당되는 것들이었다. 기독교교육 분야에서의 가정예배에대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 종래의 연구들은 다음과 같이 분류된다. 첫째,다양한 가정교육의 방법들 중 하나로서 가정예배를 제시한 연구들이다. 둘째, 가정예배의 이론적 근거와 실천방법을 제시한 연구들이다. 셋째, 실증적인 방법을 활용하여 가정예배의 효과를 검증한 연구들이다. 이 연구들은 가정예배의 중요성과 효과를 강조하고 실제적인 제안을 함으로써 기여했다. 그러나 가정예배가 시도되고 정착되는 과정을 돕기 위한 교회의 역할이나방안에 대한 제시는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 가정예배를 위한 교회의 교육적 방안 마련의 근거가 되는 내용들을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정예배는 지적, 정서적, 행위적 측면에서의교육적 효과가 있다. 둘째, 가정예배는 가정과 가족들을 위한 하나님의 일하심에 대한 가정공동체의 신앙에 기반을 둔 봉사로 개념화 된다. 셋째, 성경과 기독교교육의 역사 가운데서 가정예배의 모범과 가르침들이 발견된다. 넷째, 가정예배의 원리를 파악함으로써 가정예배의 태도와 방식을 결정할수 있다. 위와 같은 이해를 바탕으로 하여 교회가 가정예배를 돕기 위해 무엇을 해야 할 것인지에 대해 제시하였다. 가장 우선적인 일은 교회교육 지도자들이가정예배의 가치와 중요성에 대해 인식하는 것이다. 그리고 가정예배의 실질적인 추진자와 안내자가 될 부모들을 위한 가정예배에 관한 교육을 제공해야 한다. 또한 부모들이 가정예배를 준비하고 실천함에 있어서 도움이 될만한 다양한 자원들을 공급해 주는 것도 필요하다. 이와 함께 가정예배가 각가정의 귀한 전통으로 뿌리내리도록 돕기 위한 교회의 지속적인 관심과 격려가 있어야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest guidelines for family worship education executed by the church. The purpose contains a view point that worship is the core of family’s religious life. Worship is greatly effective on faith educational method. A lot of documents on family worship have been publishing until now. However most of them are focused on giving various tips for family worship. Academic studies that concern about family worship are in needy. In addition, we should remember that church’s duty and role are very important for establishing family worship. The points which should be considered in performing church education for family worship are as follows. First, as the educational method, family worship integrates knowing, feeling, and doing. Second, family worship can be conceptualized as family’s service for the living God based on the awareness of God’s preceding service for us. Third, various stories that teach about family worship can be found in the Bible and history. Forth, understanding principles of family worship is helpful for us to choose attitude or mode. Based on the above assumptions, this paper suggests some strategies for church’s supporting family worship. First of all, educational ministers should grasp the value and the importance of family worship. Then church must provide family worship education program for parents because they commonly lead the family worship. Also, church should offer diverse educational contents that can be used for family worship. Furthermore, church’s concern and encouragement should be provided consistently so that the family worship is able to be the family’s sturdy tradition.
