ISO 9000/14000 통합경영시스템에 관한 연구 -프로세스 중심 모형과 구축사례-

Abstract

This study consists of two phases, the first is the development of ISO 9000/14000 integrated management system for R motor company based on the process oriented modelling and then analyzing and evaluation of the system follows as the second phase.The process oriented approach will help to reduce duplicated procedures and disorder of implementation sequence given by the traditional way known as a procedure oriented model. Also this study shows improvement of cost structure when we establish each quality management system and environmental management system simultaneously into a single integrated management system.In this study, the process oriented integrated management system. show to harmonize and facilitate the implementation procedures and reenforce the establishment of both quality and environment management issues. The the practical guidelines are also provided in the last chapter in order to help for practitioners who want to adopt this process oriented system.
