체육교육론 정립을 위한 신체 연구

이 연구는 체육교육의 이상적인 목적인 전인적 인간과 신체와의 상관적 의미를 찾아 체육교육론에 조력할 수 있는 의미를 찾기 위한 연구이다. 문헌자료 고찰과정에서 ‘체육교육론’은 전인적 인간을 목적으로계획적인 신체활동을 통해 인간을 바람직한 방향으로 변화시켜 나가는데 필요한 제반 이론이다라고 정리할 수 있었다. 체육교육론에서 주요한 교재로는 놀이, 스포츠, 무용, 체조 그리고 레크리에이션 등 5개 영역으로 이들을 대상으로 직관을 통해 본질을 추리한 결과, 운동과 신체운동으로 접근해 들어 갈 수 있었다. 여기서 신체는 체육교육론에서 본질적 실재가 될 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 그래서 니체를 비롯한 신체 중심으로 사유하였던 사상가들을 통해 신체는 유기체라는 인식에서부터 감각신체, 의식신체 그리고 신체이성으로의 변화는 인간의 삶과 함께 세계와 우주까지 의미 확대가 가능하다는 사실을 이해할 수 있었다. 그러므로 체육교육론에서의 신체는 본질로써 어떤 종속적 관계임에도 불구하고 그 이상의 의미 고양이 가능하다는 사실을 깨닫게 되었다. 따라서 체육교육론의 목적인 전인적 인간과 신체와의 상관적 의미는 유의적인 정립이 가능하기 때문에 앞으로 이것들에 대해 지속적으로 심도 있는 연구가 요구된다.
Abstract
This research is designed to find contents to be able to assist the theory of physical education by looking for the ideal goal of physical education and its interrelated meaning with body, and made the following conclusion. In the process of examining documentary materials, the theory of physical education could be defined as "a variety of theories necessary for changing human being in the desirable direction through planned physical activities" aimed at a fully functioning person. The main teaching materials of the theory of physical education are divided into the five areas such as play, sports, dance, gymnastics and recreation, and as a result of inferring the essence of them through intuition, this research could approach motor and physical motor. In this part, this research came to know that body could be an essential substance in the theory of physical education. In this part, this research could also understand the fact that the change to sense body, awareness body, and body reason from the understanding that body is an organic body through philosophers including Nietzsche who thought a body-centered theory could be enlarged to the world and even to the universe along with human lives in its meaning. Hence, this research could understand that in spite of an essential subordinate relation of body in theory of physical education, its meaning could be higher elevated. Therefore, as the interrelated meaning between a fully functioning person and body could turn into a meaningful thesis in the theory of physical education, continuous and in-depth studies on the field are needed in the future.
