스포츠는 녹색성장의 구현이라는 새로운 모토로 새로운 출발을 다짐한다. 그러나 그 성장과 출발의 기저면에는 경제적 성장과 산업적 동력, 그리고 국가의 발전과 효율성이라는 특성과 목표가 잠재되어 있어 새로운 우려를 낳게 하고 있다. 올림픽에 대한 해결방안 역시 개최국가의 거대한 국가적 이익과 경제성 창출이라는 야망에서 탈피하지 못하고 지구촌 전체에 환경적 재앙을 가져 올 수 있다는 위기감에 봉착되어 있다. 따라서 올림픽 대회에 대한 투철한 환경윤리적 이념과 Green Plan이 적절하게 수립되지 않는다면 개최국은 치명적인 환경적 재앙에 직면할 수 있으며, 이를 극복하기 위한 재정적 부담 역시 천문학적인 액수가 될 것이고, 그 기간도 한 세대에서 다른 세대로 전가될 만큼 장기화 될 수 있다. 또한 환경적 재난은 한 국가의 문제만이 아니고 지구촌 전체의 문제로 확산 될 수 있으며, 결국 스포츠는 지구촌에서 영원히 배척내지 추방될지 아무도 모른다. 이에 본 연구는 올림픽이 Green revolution의 신 개념속에서 이상적인 환경윤리로 재탄생 할 수 있도록 제반 이념을 제시함과 동시에 구체적으로 Green Olympic의 이상을 구현하기 위한 생태학적 구상전략을 제시하기 위한 것으로서 이를 통하여 올림픽 발전의 새로운 좌표를 제시하기 위한 연구이다.
Abstract
Sports concrete with a new moto and new beginnings for the embodiment of green growth. But in the bottom of new moto and beginnings, we can observe the economic growth and industrial power as well as national development and efficiency. Moreover, olympic events did not break with its conventions for the great national benefits and economical efficiency. It is very grievous situations. Those trends can bring the environmental disaster up to whole mankind of earth. Because the environmental problems of whole mankind can be derived from economic circulation and current. Thus, we need new environmental ideology and ecological embodiment strategy on green olympic events for the eternal growth of olympic events and happiness of mankind. The environmental ideology of green olympic events is as follows. 1. The green olympic events has a goal to overcome the technological reason be immanenced in sports events. 2. The green olympic events has a goal to restrict the national benefits and economic efficiency. 3. The green olympic events has not to strong control and suppression for the environmental preservation. And the ecological embodiment strategy for green olympic events is as follows. 1. We should make an ecological politics and philosophy for the green olympic events. 2. We should draw up green plan for the improvements of environment factor of green olympic events 3. We should organize the committee for environment preservation within committee for environment organizations. 4. We should induce environmental identity for the green olympic events.
