Abstract
The study focused on the ancient Greece concept of kinesis is investigated. From the ancient Greece to the investigation of the concept of kinesis because the current definition of exercise in physical education for scholars, institutions, organizations, and because it differently the next exercise is to clarify the concept. In order to proceed with research focusing on 『Nomoi』of Plato and 『Metaphysica』of Aristotle were in progress. Thales saw the water, Anaximandros saw the apeiron, Anaxsimenes saw the air, City mechanism to generate everything the air as the underlying substance was identified, and they change the universe was created through an kinesis that. Heraclitus saw the fire, movement and argued that the only changes that were in kinesis, the creation of Parmenides does not exist and that the claims were generated. Plato kinesis were classified into 10, the tenth of the movements of all the active interaction and harmony with all the manual work, and all the things that exist because of the changes and movements in the movement claims to be the strongest influence. The psyche can make the kinesis themselves, because the kinesis of all things is the cause of any changes and kinesis were investigated. Aristotle, in a state that allows movement is realistic, complete with a state that was defined to be realized. Researchers had thought the ancient Greek translation of the kinesis proper 'askese' or English 'exercise' the most universal and are likely to be the right word.
