대한민국임시정부기록물의 단체명 전거레코드 설계 방안에 대한 연구

초록

본 연구는 임시정부기록물의 주요 출처인 단체명을 대상으로 기록물의 전거레코드 표준인 ISAAR(CPF)와 국내외 단체명 전거레코드의 사례를 통하여 임시정부기록물의 단체명을 위한 전거레코드 요소안을 제시하고, 그의 전거레코드를 설계하였다. 이를 위해 1) 임시정부조직의 각 기구와 협력단체들의 활동과 역할을 조사하여 임시정부기록물의 출처를 기능별로 구분하였고, 2) 국내외 단체전거레코드 사례연구로부터 기술요소들을 추출하여 이를 바탕으로 단체명 전거레코드 요소안을 제시하였으며, 3) 임시정부 출처정보의 단체명 전거표목 중 임시의정원을 예로 임시정부기록물의 단체명 전거레코드를 설계하였다. 여기에서 적용된 단체명 전거레코드 요소안은 임시정부기록물 뿐 아니라 단체명을 출처로 하는 역사기록물에 포괄 적용이 가능할 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to suggest the elements for authority records for corporate bodies which either belonged to or were related to the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, and present the draft of an authority record designed on the basis of these elements. In this paper, three steps of methodology were used as follows; First, International Standard Archival Authority Record for Corporate Bodies, Persons and Families, ISAAR(CPF) and case studies of the inside and outside of the country were examined to extract the essential elements for the Corporate Provenance Authority Records; Second, the activities and roles of the Provisional Government were analyzed to categorize the sources of records originated from the Provisional Government according to their functions; Finally, designed were the Corporate Provenance Authority Records for archives created by the Provisional Government. It is expected that the elements for authority records suggested in this research could be used for not only the records related with the Provisional Government, but also any historical documents originated from corporate bodies.
