초록

As Korea entered an aging society, aging was recognized as a serious social problem. This means that cities must prepare for aging in order to maintain their future urban competitiveness. Our society is growing into a smart city due to technological development, and this changing urban environment is recognized as a good city for the elderly to live in. To this end, various services and support systems should be established in providing smart city technology to the elderly, but it is difficult to identify the technology to be provided to the elderly because there are no standards or classification systems to define smart city technology for the elderly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prepare a classification system to define smart city technology for the elderly. Specifically, the AHP analysis method was used to determine the priority of smart city technology needed to be introduced to set the direction of creating a smart city for the elderly, and the results were compared and analyzed with the results obtained from experts. From the analysis results of experts and the elderly, it was found that both groups consider the basic living characteristics of the elderly, who prioritize physical health. The results of their evaluation are not just statistical as evaluating the importance of services, but they are clear enough to help provide services in smart cities in a more effective direction in the current changing times. In other words, the results of this study can be used in various ways as a reference for subsequent studies to create an age-friendly smart city.
