The objective of the legislative system for military facilities protection lies at safeguarding military facilities, installations and bases with an outlook to maneuver smooth military operations, ultimately leading to the national security. In particular, the Military Base and Facilities Protection Act(MBFPA) enacted by No. 8733 on December 21st, 2007 under the Governmental initiative in need of the related legal revision oriented for strengthening the civil property rights. The study aims at providing analysis on the newly induced system in MBFPA in an attempt to execute legal evaluation with regard to protection of property rights and seek for its improved alternative. the MBFPA could be more conducive to leading to the truest sense of the national security because the enactment is surely beneficial to the improved quality life in the neighbors as well as more faithful trustability upon the national policies.
