항공사 객실승무원의 비행피로도 상승 요인이 학습된 무기력증에 미치는 영향분석: 자기의심 매개효과 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 항공사 객실 승무원 비행피로도 상승요인과 자기의심 매개변인 그리고 학습된 무기력증간의 관계를 살펴보면서, 항공사 객실 승무원의 서비스 질 고취를 위한 저해요인 고찰 및 개선방안에 주요한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구대상은 국내 항공사 객실 승무원을 대상으로 2019년 12월∼2020년 5월까지 SNS 매체를 통해 편의표본추출법에 의해서 471부를 최종 연구대상 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램과 AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 토대로 결론을 살펴보면, 항공사 객실 승무원 비행피로도 상승요인과 자기의심 매개변인 그리고 학습된 무기력증간의 관계가 통계적으로 정적(+)인 영향관계를 보이는 것으로 판단되었다. 이를 통해 첫째, 자기능력에 대한 의심을 갖고 목표 달성에 대한 노력을 줄이거나 목표행동을 철회하는 등의 행위가 발생되지 않도록 항공사 객실승무원 인적 자원의 효율적 활용을 도모해야 할 필요성을 제기하였다. 둘째, 비행 피로도 상승요인을 제거하고, 긍정적인 경험을 할 수 있는 여건을 도모해야할 필요성을 제기하였다. 셋째, 추후 연구에서는 항공사 객실승무원의 업무 스트레스와 피로도 상승요인을 지속적으로 탐색하여 실무적인 측면에서 높은 서비스 질 고취를 위한 지속적인 개선방안과 시사점을 제공할 당위성을 논의하였다. 나아가 추가 연구 주제와 본 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

Abstract

The The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between airline cabin crew flight fatigue rising factors, self-doubt mediators, and learned helplessness, and to provide major implications for the improvement of the service quality of airline cabin crew. To this end, 471 copies of this study targeting domestic airline cabin crew members were used as the final study target analysis data by the convenient sampling method through SNS media from December 2019 to May 2020. In this study, the data collected using the SPSS 25.0 program and AMOS 25.0 were analyzed with a structural equation model. In conclusion, based on the main results of this study, it was judged that the relationship between the rising factor of flight fatigue of airline cabin crew, the parameter of self-doubt, and the learned helplessness was statistically positive. Through this, first, the need to promote efficient use of human resources for airline cabin crews was raised so that actions such as reducing efforts to achieve targets or withdrawing target actions with doubts about their own capabilities do not occur. Second, it raised the need to remove the factors that increase flight fatigue and promote conditions for positive experiences. Third, in a future study, we discussed the necessity to provide continuous improvement plans and implications for enhancing high service quality in practical terms by continuously exploring factors that increase work stress and fatigue of airline cabin crew. Furthermore, additional research topics and limitations of this study were discussed.
