본 연구는 사회구성체에 대한 신뢰가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어, 사회참여가 이들 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 ‘2010년 서울시 복지패널 부가조사’의 가구원용 데이터를 사용하였으며, SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 이들 변수 간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회구성체에 대한 신뢰는 그리 높지 않게 나타냈다. 둘째, 건강과 소득은 생활만족도에 가장 높은 영향력이 있음을 확인하였으며, 나눔활동은 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인의 생활만족도를 높여주는 변인으로서 사회참여가 신뢰와 생활만족도 간을 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 사회구성체에 대한 신뢰가 그리 높지 않은 상황에서, 다양한 사회참여가 신뢰와 생활만족도 간을 매개하여 생활만족도를 높여주는 변인임을 밝혔다는 데에 의의가 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 개인들의 사회단체에 대한 참여의 확대, 그리고 사회참여를 육성하기 위한 교육과 프로그램의 개발 및 정책적인 유인을 통해 개인의 생활만족도를 높일 수 있도록 하는 몇 가지 방안을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The objective of this study was to verify the mediating effect of social participation on the relationship between trust regarding a social formation and life satisfaction. To achieve the goal, '2010 Seoul Welfare Panel Survey Data' was utilized for analysis. SPSS were applied in technical statistics, and the Regression Analysis was performed. The results of the study were as follows : (1) Our society’s trust for social formation demonstrated a level that isn't so high. (2) Health and income had the greatest influence on life satisfaction. Experience of giving and volunteering activity had a influenced on life satisfaction. (3) When trust for social formation isn't so high, life satisfaction were positively mediated by social participation. The confirmation that social participation is an excreted that raises life satisfaction as a mediator between trust and life satisfaction is very significant. Based on these findings, I propose some plans to improve life satisfaction through social participation and education elevations.
