현행 기준점 체계는 기본측량에 의해 설치된 국가삼각점을 근간으로 하고 있다. 측량 및 지적사를 고찰해보면 1975년 개정 지적법에 의해 지적기준점이 국가삼각점에서 분리된 이후 이원화되었으며, 현재는 이를 일원화하려는 노력이 진행되는 상황이다. 또한 기준점을 지능화하려는 연구도 측량분야 산·학·연을 중심으로 활발하게 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이와 같이 측량과 지적이 공통으로 사용할 수 있는 기준점을 개발하기 위한 중요 사항을 통계적 방법론을 적용하여 목록화하였으며, 그 결과 크게 기준점의 형태와 제공정보가 중요내용으로 추출되었다. 본 연구에서는 현행 기준점에 지능화된 능동형 기준점의 정보제공 체계를 제안하며, 이로 인해 기준점 관리 및 측량분야에 효율성이 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The current control point system is based on the national triangulation point conducted by basic surveying. In regard to history of survey and cadastre, Cadastral control point has been segregated by revised cadastral law in 1975. Also research on intelligent control point system is actively conducted by industry, science and research in the field of surveying. Therefore, this article is concentrated on list by statistical methodology of important points for developing a new control point system for both survey and cadastre can use in common. As a result, outline ofpoint system and furnished information are abstracted as a crucial detail. This article suggests the current control point system to adapt active intelligent control system; therefore, accuracy in the field of survey is expected to be increased.
