수치표고모형 기반의 입체필지 제작에 관한 연구

Abstract

Today, the utilization of the upper and lower space of the ground surface is increasing due to the industrial development and the increase in of population density in the world. However, as the land based on a planar concept is registered under the present cadastral system, it is the reality that the limit of rights on complex utilization of land is not registered, the parcel with a three-dimensional concept is necessary instead of the existing plane parcel. The purpose of this research is to build a digital elevation model by using the Aerial LiDAR and Digital Ortho Image in order to produce a parcel with a three-dimensional concept according to complex utilization of the underground and ground space of land. And we produced three-dimensional parcels by granting elevation to the plane parcel boundary and boundary points based on this, We also compared and analyzed compared/analyzed the accuracy of between the plane survey result and solid parcel according to a test object by restoring the boundary of a land registration map in the field. As a result of this research, the three-dimensional parcel can be made efficiently and systematically by introducing the three-dimensional concept in a plane parcel, and could suggest a realization of a registration-oriented three-dimensional parcel and a three-dimensional parcel based on the topography.
