고해상 항공영상의 수치도화에 의한 지적경계 추출

본 연구는 고해상 디지털 항측카메라 UltraCamX 영상을 이용한 지적경계 추출에의 적용 가능성에 관한 결과이다. 실험지역으로 도로, 담장, 저층주택과 고층빌딩이 포함된 장소를 선택하였다. 디지털 항공영상의 도화 성과, 토탈 스테이션을 이용한 지적현황측량 성과 및 지적도의 성과를 서로 비교하였다. 연구 결과로 불완전한 정사사진, 기준점 문제, 서로 상이한 데이터 취득 주기, 그리고 도화사의 지적경계 이해 어려움 등 다양한 요인이 수십 센티미터의 평균위치오차를 발생시킨 것으로 판단된다. 향후 디지털 항공영상의 도화작업에 의한 지적경계 추출에 대한 심층 연구의 필요성이 절실함을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study describes the results and the possibilities of cadastral boundary extraction from the high-resolution images of digital aerial camera, i.e., UltraCamX. Small residence area having road, fence, low layer houses and multistory buildings was selected as a test site. The discrepancies between digital stereoplotting of aerial image and cadastral reconnaissance surveying with TS (Total Station) were compared each other in order to check the accuracy of the boundary extraction of image data. It is expected that the average position errors of more than several ten centimeters are produced due to the various reasons including imperfect orthophotos, control point problems, different data acquisition period and difficulties in cadastral boundary extraction by a digital stereoplotter, etc. In near future, further studies are required in the field of the cadastral boundary extraction by digital stereo image plotting.
