리더역량을 바탕으로 한 발달장애인 자조모임 리더교육 프로그램 효과성 연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 리더역량을 바탕으로 개발된 리더교육 프로그램의 효과성을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 발달장애인 리더교육 프로그램에 참여한 발달장애인 24명을 대상으로 개별면접을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 리더교육 프로그램의 효과는 ‘나의 성장’, ‘타인에 대한 인식’, ‘타인과 동행’, ‘성장하는 공동체’, ‘리더십 발현’으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 발달장애인 개별 맞춤형 리더교육, 리더교육 커리큘럼 세분화, 리더교육 프로그램 매뉴얼 개발 및 전문가 양성, 자기 삶의 주체가 되는 리더교육으로의 확장을 제언하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of a leader education program developed based on the leadership capabilities of people with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, individual interviews were conducted with 24 people who participated in a leader education program for the developmentally disabilities. As a result of the analysis, the effects of the leader education program were analyzed as ‘my growth’, ‘recognition of others’, ‘accompanying others’, ‘growing community’, and ‘expression of leadership’. Based on the research results, it was proposed to provide personalized leader education for people with developmental disabilities, subdivide the leader education curriculum, develop a leader education program manual and foster experts, and expand leader education to become the subject of one's own life.
