본 연구의 목적은 질적 연구방법을 통해 사회적 경제 활동가의 활동경험의 의미와 본질을 이해하고자 하는데 있다. 자료는 2013년 9월부터 11월까지 사회적 경제 활동가 8명을 대상으로 심층 면접하여 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석한 후, 5개의 구성요소와 10개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었다. 구성요소는 ‘열정을 품고 내디딤’, ‘순조롭지 못한 운영’, ‘겉과 속이 다름’, ‘이직을 고려중’, ‘사회적 가치실현을 위한 모색’ 등이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회적 경제 활동가를 위한 경영자적인 훈련과 합리적인 의사결정에 대한 교육의 필요성, 현실화된 임금체계와 지속적으로 근무할 수 있는 근무환경조성, 지역사회복지와의 연계의 필요성에 대해 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and the essence of activity experiences of social economy actors with qualitative research method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight social economy actors from September to November of 2013. The 5 components and 10 sub-components were derived by Giorgi’s phenomenological data analysis. 5 components were ‘taking the first step with a passion’, ‘unfavorable management’, ‘differences on outside and inside’, ‘considering tochang job’ and ‘looking for the activation of social values’. Thus, this study’s recommendations are the entrepreneurial mind training and rational decision-making training of specialized social economy actors, establishment of guidelines for the wage system, better working environment and linkages with community welfare.
