기혼여성의 애착유형과 우울 및 부부문제와의 관계

본 연구에서는 애착이 기혼여성의 역기능적 인지와 대인관계 방식에 미치는 영향을 보다 구체적으로 이해하기 위해 성인 애착유형(안정형, 무시형, 몰두형, 두려움형)과 애착수준, 역기능적 태도, 부부 의사소통패턴, 우울 및 결혼만족도와의 관계를 다각적으로 검토해 보았다. 이를 위해 애착유형별 심리적 변인들간의 차이를 분석하였으며, 인지적, 대인관계적 역기능성과 가장 높은 상관을 보인 몰두형과 그 비교집단으로서 안정형에 있어 변인들간의 상관관계를 검토해 보았다. 또한 몰두형 집단에 있어 결혼만족도를 애착수준, 역기능적 태도, 부부 의사소통패턴의 하위요인 중 어떠한 변인이 가장 잘 설명해 줄 수 있는지를 분석해 보았다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 몰두형은 나머지 세 애착유형에 비해 애착의 질적수준 중 의존가능성, 불안수준이 가장 높았으며 역기능적 태도 중 성취지향적 태도가 가장 높았다. 또한 부부 의사소통패턴 중 상호손상, 상호회피, 아내요구-남편철회 및 남편요구-아내철회 의사소통 수준이 가장 높았으며, 결혼 불만족 중 전반적 불만족, 문제해결 의사소통 불만족 및 정서적 친밀감 불만족 수준이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 몰두형은 안정형에 비해 애착수준의 질적수준이 역기능적 태도, 부부 의사소통패턴 및 결혼 불만족과 더 높은 상관을 나타내었다. 셋째, 몰두형에서 전반적 불만족은 의존가능성, 불안, 아내요구-남편철회 의사소통, 상호건설 의사소통이 가장 잘 설명해 주었고, 문제해결 의사소통 불만족은 아내요구-남편철회 의사소통, 불안이 그리고 정서적 친밀감 불만족의 경우 의존가능성, 불안, 관계지향적 태도가 가장 잘 설명해 주었다.
Abstract
This study was carried out to examine the relationship among adult attachment style(secure, dismissing, preoccupied, fearful), depressive symptoms, and marital problem of married females. Major findings of this study were as follows: (1) Preoccupied, fearful group showed significantly lower marital satisfaction than secure and dismissing group. Also, preoccupied, fearful group showed higher depressive symptoms, dysfunctional attitude, destructive, avoidant, demand- withdraw communication patterns than secure, dismissing group. (2) Preoccupied attachment style was positivley relaed to attachment level(anxiety), dysfunctional attitude, negative marital communication patterns(destructive, avoidant, demand-withdraw communication patterns), depressive symptoms and marital dissatisfaction. (3) In preoccupied group, dependency possibility, anxiety, wife demand-husband withdraw communication patterns, and constructive communication pattern influenced to general marital dissatisfaction. Wife demand-husband withdraw communication patterns and anxiety influenced to problem solving communication dissatisfaction. Dependency possibility, anxiety, and dependency-oriented dysfunctional attitude influenced to affective communication dissatisfaction. (4) Finally, limitations and implications of the present study were discussed.
