대학생의 진로결정 관계성 척도의 개발 및 구인 타당도 검증

본 연구에서는 우리나라 대학생들이 진로를 결정하는 과정에서 의미있는 사람에게 관련되는 정도를 측정하기 위하여 진로결정 관계성 척도를 개발하고 타당화하였다. 먼저, 관계성에 관련된 문헌 및 측정도구 분석, 설문지, 집단토론, 전문가 집단 토론 등을 통해 진로결정 관계성 항목들을 추출하였으며 이 항목들에 대한 전문가 평정 및 예비검사 문항분석을 거쳐 4개 하위 요인 및 문항을 선정하였다. 이를 위하여 2005년 12월에 134명에게 예비검사를, 2006년 4월에 252명에게 본 검사를 실시하여 문항들의 내적 합치도를 살펴보았고 구인타당도를 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 진로결정 관계성 척도의 요인 수는 4개가 적합하였고 하위요인별 내적 합치도도 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 5주 간격으로 실시한 재검사 신뢰도 계수도 안정적으로 나타났고 2006년 6월 2일부터 9월 22일까지 1389명에게 교차타당화 검사를 실시한 결과에서도 이 도구가 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구임이 확인되었다. 진로결정 관계성 척도는 총 22개 문항이며 지지, 모델링, 활동, 조언의 하위요인으로 구성되어 있다. 마지막으로 연구의 의의 및 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대하여 논의하였다. 주요어 : 진로결정 관계성

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to develope and to verify reliability and validity of CDMRS( Career Decision Making Relatedness Scale) for college students. It is to find out the characteristics of the relatedness perceived on the process of career decision making. After developing the CDMRS with 22 items, the inventory was administered to 252 college students in Seoul and Kyung-Ki. The internal consistency of CDMRS was proved to be acceptable. The validity of CDMRS was verified by item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that CDMRS consist of four-factor structure. Examination of the item descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis resulted in the 22-item final scale The four-factor structure of CDMRS consists of 1) support, 2) modeling, 3) activity, 4) advice. The four-factor structure of CDMRS fit quite well with the college students sample. The theoretical implications for counseling practice and future research are discussed.
