본 연구는 군인부부의 결혼만족도가 의사소통과 직업만족에 의해 어떠한 영향을 받는가를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구 대상은 재경지역과 기타 지방도시에 거주하는 20-50대의 위관급, 영관급, 장군(준장)과 그 아내 202쌍(404명)이다. 이 연구에서는 의사소통과 직업만족이 결혼만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석과 중회귀분석의 통계방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 남편집단의 경우 수입, 의사소통, 직업만족이 결혼만족도와 정적상관을 보였고, 아내집단은 의사소통, 직업만족이 결혼만족도와 정적 상관을 보였다. 의사소통․직업만족의 결혼만족 단계적 중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 남편집단에서 의사소통, 직업만족, 수입 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 아내집단은 의사소통, 직업만족, 남편의 의사소통이 결혼만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 군인부부의 결혼생활에 대한 연구가 부진한 상태에서 의사소통과 직업만족이 군인부부의 결혼만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 실증적 결과를 제의하여 군인부부 상담 시 참고해야할 기초자료를 제공 하였다는 의의가 있다. 주요어 : 의사소통, 직업만족, 결혼만족도
Abstract
This research is to find out how communication and job satisfaction effect marital satisfaction rate of military couples. The test subjects were 202 couples(404 persons) including company grade, field grade, general(brigadier general) and their wives aged between twenties and fifties living in Seoul and other districts. In this research analysis of correlation was used to find out the relation between communication․job satisfaction and marital satisfaction rate, and used multiple regression analysis to find out the marital satisfaction rate of husbands and wives. The result of this research, in the case of husband group monthly income, communication, job satisfaction showed static correlation with marital satisfaction rate and in the case of wife group communication and job satisfaction showed static correlation with marital satisfaction rate, showed correlation between communication, job satisfaction, and marital satisfaction rate. As a result of using multiple regression analysis to find out the relative influence of communication, job satisfaction on marital satisfaction rate, in husband group it had meaningful effect in order of communication, job satisfaction and monthly income, on the other hand for wife group communication, job satisfaction, and husbands communication had meaningful effect on marital satisfaction rate. This research provided basic information in understanding the marital life of military couple by starting an actual research about communication, job satisfaction and marital satisfaction rate including both the husband and wife.
