창의적 인성검사의 타당화 연구

본 연구는 성인을 대상으로 하여 개발된 창의적 인성검사(CPI)의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 진행되었다. CPI 예비연구에서는 5요인 모델에 따라 추출된 창의적 인성검사의 하위요인으로 ‘추상성’, ‘변화지향’, ‘상상’, ‘심미성’, ‘독창성’이 포함된다. CPI의 하위요인과 하주현(2000)의 CPS-R척도와의 상관분석에서 CPI의 개념화는 CPS-R척도의 인내집착, CPI의 호기심과 변화지향은 CPS-R척도의 상상, 모험심과 CPI의 상상은 CPS-R척도의 호기심, 상상, 개방성 척도와 CPI의 심미성은 CPS-R척도의 호기심, 상상 척도와, CPI의 독창성은 CPS-R척도의 인내집착, 호기심, 상상, 모험심과 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다. CPI와 MBTI의 S-N, J-P의 상관분석에서 CPI의 개념화는 MBTI검사의 S-N과는 정적상관을 J-P와는 부적상관을 나타냈고, CPI의 변화지향은 MBTI검사의 S-N과는 정적 상관을 CPI의 상상은 MBTI검사의 S-N, J-P와 정적상관을, CPI의 심미성은 MBTI검사의 S-N과 정적 상관을, CPI의 독창성은 MBTI검사의 S-N, J-P와 의미 있는 정적 상관을 보였으나 S-N척도에서 보다 높게 나타냈다. CPI와 MMPI(SC)와의 상관분석에서 CPI의 상상과 MMPI(SC)가 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to validate Creativity Personality Inventory(CPI) for adult population. Through the pilot study, 5 factors of CPI were extracted; Abstractness, Change-orientation, Imagination, Aesthetic Sense, and Originality. The correlational analyses between sub-scales of CPI and those of CPS-R(Creativity Personality Scale-Revised) were conducted. Abstractness of CPI was related to perseverance/persistence and curiosity of CPS-R. Change-orientation of CPI was related to adventure and imagination of CPS-R. Imagination of CPI was related to curiosity, imagination, and openness of CPS-R. Aesthetic Sense of CPI was related to imagination and curiosity of CPS-R. Finally, originality of CPI was related to adventure, imagination, perseverance/persistence, and curiosity of CPS-R. Relationship between sub-scales of CPI and those of MBTI were also examined. Abstractness of CPI was positively related to S-N of MBTI. In addition, abstractness of CPI was negatively related to J-P of MBTI. Change-orientation of CPI was positively related to S-N of MBTI. Imagination of CPI was positively related to S-N and J-P of MBTI. Aesthetic Sense of CPI was positively related to S-N of MBTI. Finally, originality of CPI was positively related to S-N and J-P of MBTI. The results of correlational analysis indicated that imagination of CPI are positively related to MMPI(SC).
