다문화가정 부부의 가족탄력성과 부부적응에 대한 연구 -대전·충남지역을 중심으로-

본 연구는 다문화가정 부부의 가족탄력성과 부부적응의 관계를 살펴봄으로써, 다문화가정 부부의 가족탄력성이 부부적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 가족탄력성의 하위요인들이 부부적응 하위요인들에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 즉, 가족탄력성의 하위 요인인 신념체계, 조직패턴, 의사소통과정이 부부적응의 하위요인인 일치감과 만족도 그리고 응집도에 미치는 영향력을 알아보았다. 연구대상은 대전과 충남지역의 다문화가정 부부 132쌍, 264명을 최종적으로 분석하였다. 통계분석방법은 SPSS WIN 18.0을 통하여, 기술분석, 단순적률상관관계, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 다문화가정 부부의 가족탄력성과 부부적응은 비교적 높은 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 남편의 경우 가족탄력성의 조직패턴과 부부적응의 일치감이 가장 높은 상관을 나타냈고, 가족탄력성의 의사소통과정과 부부적응의 만족도가 가장 낮은 상관을 나타냈다. 아내의 경우는 조직패턴과 일치감이 가장 높은 상관을 나타내었고, 의사소통과정과 만족도가 가장 낮은 상관을 나타내었다. 가족탄력성이 부부적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 남편의 경우 가족탄력성의 부부적응에 대한 설명력은 43%이며, 아내의 경우는 가족탄력성의 부부적응에 대한 설명력은 53%로 비교적 높은 설명력을 가졌다. 남편의 경우는 가족탄력성의 조직패턴이 부부적응의 일치감에 그리고 신념체계가 응집도에 유의미한 영향력을 나타낸 반면에, 부부적응의 만족도에서는 유의미한 가족탄력성의 하위요인이 나타나지 않았다. 아내의 경우는 가족탄력성의 조직패턴과 신념체계가 부부적응의 일치감에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 부부적응의 만족도에는 신념체계가 그리고 응집도에는 가족탄력성의 의사소통과정이 유의미한 영향력을 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과, 다문화가정 부부의 가족탄력성은 부부적응을 설명하는 데 중요한 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 또한 가족탄력성의 하위요인별에 따라서 부부의 영향력이 다르게 나타났기에, 다문화가정 부부의 가족탄력성을 통하여 부부적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 교육 그리고 상담 개입시에 하위요인들을 중심으로 부부 특성을 고려할 필요성을 시사한다고 하겠다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between family resilience and dyadic adjustment of married couples in multicultural families so as to evaluate the effect of the family resilience of married couples in multicultural familes on dyadic adjustment. In other words, it is to examine how family resilience factors, such as belief systems, organizational patterns, and communication processes, affect dyadic adjustment as well as to prove the importance of the family resilience and the necessity of counseling services to improve those factors. A survey was carried out with 132 married couples in multicultural families(264 people) in Dae-jun and Chung-nam province, and it was analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and multiple regression through SPSS Win. 18 It can be concluded that there was a static correlation between the family resilience of married couples in multicultural families and dyadic adjustment. As long as a husband is concerned, the family resilience factor related most to dyadic consensus of dyadic adjustment was the organizational patterns; for the dyadic satisfaction, the communication process; for the dyadic cohesion, the belief system. As for a wife, what contributed most, among the family resilience factors, to the dyadic consensus of dyadic adjustment was the organizational patterns; for the dyadic satisfaction, the belief system; for the dyadic cohesion, the communication process. The degree of the effect of the family resilience of married couples in multicultural families on dyadic adjustment is, for a husband, 43% and for a wife, 53%, which can be seen as relatively high. For a husband, the organizational patterns has positive effects respectively on dyadic consensus; for the dyadic cohesion, the belief system. For a wife, the organizational patterns has positive effects respectively on dyadic consensus; for the dyadic satisfaction, the belief system; for the dyadic cohesion, the communication process. Therefore, as it can be figured from the research, the family resilience of married couples in multicultural families can be considered as a significant factor in explaining dyadic adjustment. Also, as the influences for each couple differ according to the subordinate factors of family resilience, it is suggested that it is necessary to consider the characteristics of married couples in multicultural families based on the subordinate factors in case of developing concerned programs or counselling them in order to enhance the dyadic adjustment through the family resilience of married couples in multicultural families.
