본 연구에서는 대학생을 대상으로 사회적 관심 척도의 검사문항을 제작하고 검사 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 살펴보았다. 먼저 Adler 이론과 면접을 바탕으로 예비문항을 수집하고 문항분석을 거쳐 15개의 검사문항을 선정하였다. 개발된 검사에서 행동과 태도 두 개의 요인구조를 확인하였다. 개발된 검사의 내적 일치도, 2달 간격의 검사-재검사 신뢰도 모두 높게 나타났다. 개발된 사회적 관심 척도는 Crandall의 사회적 관심 척도, 한국판 사회적 관심 척도와 유의미한 상관을 보여 본 검사도구의 준거타당도를 확인하였다. 또한 개발된 사회적 관심 척도는 공감능력 척도와 유의미한 상관을 보여 본 검사 도구의 공존타당도를 확인하였다. 우울집단과 비교집단 간에 사회적 관심에서 유의미한 차이를 보여 본 검사도구의 변별타당도를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 개발된 사회적 관심 척도는 정신건강의 척도로서 사회적 관심을 신뢰롭고 타당하게 측정하는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 본 연구에서 개발된 검사 도구를 활용한 상담 및 교육 프로그램이 개발될 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop and validate SII for college students. The inventory was based on the Adlerian theory and consisted of 15 items. The results of factor analysis suggested two factor structures, that is, behavior and attitude. Alpha-coefficient, test-retest reliability, and item-total correlation of factor were high. The criterion-related validity was supported between SII and Social Interest Scale. The construct validity was supported between SII and Empathic Ability. The discriminant validity was supported by the significantly different results at SII scores between depressed and compared students. The results of this study indicated that the developed inventory measured social interest as a scale of psychological health reliably and properly. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed finally.
