상담기록의 필수 목록 개발을 위한 상담전문가의 인식에 대한 델파이 연구

본 연구의 목적은 상담기관을 운영하거나 상담기관에 소속된 상담전문가들의 의견을 통해 상담진행과 기관운영에 필수적이고 중요한 상담기록에는 어떠한 것이 있는지를 파악함으로써, 상담기록관리에서 고려할 사항들을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 상담기록물과 관련된 국내외 문헌과 미국상담기록물목록(The Clinical Documentation Sourcebook), 현재 상담기관에서 사용되고 있는 기록물 양식을 바탕으로 상담기록물 목록을 제작하였다. 해당 기록물 목록의 필요성과 중요성에 대한 전문가의 합의과정을 도출하기 위해 상담 전문가 30명을 대상으로 6개월 동안 총 3차에 거쳐 델파이 방법을 사용하였다. 1차와 2차 자료 수집 과정에서 전문가의 의견으로 추가된 문항 51개 기록물의 필요성과 중요성을 확인한 결과, 가장 필요하고 중요하다고 합의된 상담기록물은 ‘내담자 접수대장’, ‘상담 동의서 및 내담자의 권리 알림’, ‘접수 면접 기록지’, ‘자살방지서약서’, ‘정신건강 스크리닝 양식’, ‘상담종료요약 기록지’, ‘비밀 보장에 대한 상담자 서약서’, ‘위기정도 체크리스트’, ‘개인사 양식’ 등이었다. 필요하고 중요한 것으로 합의된 기록물들을 영역별로 살펴보면 ‘상담관리 및 접수관련 기록물’에 속한 것이 많은 반면, ‘상담 계획 및 과정 검토 기록물’에 속한 것은 거의 없었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 상담진행과 교육에서의 시사점을 논하고, 추후 연구가 필요한 영역을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study was to verify records for counseling which were recognized to be necessary and important on the counseling process and running the institution by opinions of experts who were conducting the counseling and managing counseling center. Also, it was to suggest of things to consider in counseling records management. For this purpose, the mandatory counseling records list were made based on domestic and foreign literature, The Clinical Documentation Sourcebook and counseling records forms which were used in counseling institutions. The Delphi method was used three times to drive a consensus among 30 experts for 6 months. The 51 counseling records lists were identified including additional lists added after first and second delphi method. The results about the necessity and importance of 51 lists are that ‘Screening Information’, ‘Consent to Treatment and Recipient's Rights’, ‘Intaking record’, ‘Suicide Contract’, ‘Mental Health Screening Form’, ‘Discharge Summary’, ‘Confidentiality Agreement’, ‘Crisis checklist’, ‘Personal History Forms’ are identified to be important. Looking at the results of the section, it is identified to be more agreed on the importance and the necessity in the section 1(Administrative and Intake Form) but less agreed in the section 6 (Treatment Planning Forms and Procedures). This study discussed the implications of the counseling process and the counseling education and suggested a further part of necessary studies.
