전문상담교사 대상 연구의 동향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 전문상담교사 대상 연구의 동향을 분석함으로써 연구의 흐름을 파악하고 관련연구의 방향을 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 2005년부터 2017년까지 전문상담교사 대상 연구 학술지논문 33편, 학위논문 56편, 총 89편의 논문을 년도, 연구주제, 연구방법, 통계분석방법으로 분석하였고 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 흐름을 보면 전문상담교사에 대한 역할 및 인식, 정체성에 관한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되었고, 최근에는 소진, 적응과정 등 전문상담교사 개인의 경험을 심층적으로 분석한 연구나 전문성 향상을 위한 연구가 활성화 되는 흐름을 보였다. 둘째, 연구주제를 살펴보면 개인특성 및 적응과정에 관한 연구가 가장 활발히 수행되었으며, 역할기대 및 인식 연구, 전문성발달․훈련 및 수퍼비전연구, 이론개발연구, 특정주제개관연구, 윤리․법․제도에 관한 연구, 검사 및 도구개발연구, 성과연구 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구방법은 양적연구, 질적연구, 양적․질적 혼합연구 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 통계분석의 경우 양적연구는 변량분석계열과 회귀분석계열의 비중이 높았고, 질적연구는 근거이론연구의 비중이 높았다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 연구에 대한 방향과 시사점을 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to grasp research flows and observe future research directions by analyzing research trends objecting professional school counselors. For this purpose, 33 journal papers, 56 degree theses, a total of 89 dissertations for professional counselors from 2005 to 2017 were analyzed by year, research theme, research method, and statistical analysis method, and the results are as follows. First, according to the yearly trends, research on the role, recognition, and identity of professional counselors has been steadily conducted. In recent years, studies that deepen the personal experiences of professional counselors such as burnout, adaptation course and for improving the specialties as a counselor became more active. Second, in the research subjects, personal characteristics and adaptation process was most actively carried out, role expectations and recognition, professional development/training and supervision, theoretical development, overview on specific topics, ethnics/law/institution, test and tool development, performances in order next. Third, research methods were come out in order of quantitative researches, qualitative researches, mixed researches. Fourth, in the case of statistical analyses, the portion of variance analysis series and regression analysis were high in quantitative analysis, and grounded theory researches including literature reviews were high in qualitative research. Based on the analytical results, directions for future study and implications were discussed.
