진로구성 인터뷰(CCI) 경험에 대한 상담자와 내담자의 IPR 내용 분석

본 연구는 진로구성인터뷰(CCI)를 활용한 상담과정에서 내담자의 중요 경험과 그러한 경험에 기여한 요소를 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 CCI를 활용하여 2회기 상담에 참여한 상담자와 내담자의 경험에 대한 대인간과정 회상(IPR) 인터뷰 내용을 질적 내용분석(QCA)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 CCI 상담과정에서 나타난 내담자의 중요경험은 총 11개의 하위범주가 포함된 ‘삶의 패턴을 인식함’, ‘삶의 일관성을 찾아나감’, ‘자신과 진로문제에 대한 관점이 변화됨’이라는 3개의 범주로 나타났고, 이러한 경험의 전체적인 주제를 “삶의 경험에 대한 반성적 검토와 성찰을 통해 자신과 진로 및 삶에 대한 인식이 증가함”으로 명료화하였다. 이러한 중요 경험에 기여한 요소는 사전에 선정한 상담자, CCI 질문, 내담자의 세 범주에 총 13개의 하위범주가 포함되었고, 상담자의 대인 관계적 기술과 반응, CCI 질문, 내담자의 주도성이 중요경험에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점 및 연구의 한계와 후속연구에의 제언을 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to explore client's major experiences and factors contributed to their experiences in the counseling process using Career Construction Interview(CCI). To do this, the contents of the Interpersonal Process Recall(IPR) interview about the experiences of the counselors and the clients who participated in the 2 sessions of counseling using CCI were analyzed by Qualitative Content Analysis(QCA). As a result, the client's major experiences in the counseling process using CCI were three categories of ‘Recognizing life patterns’, ‘Looking for consistency in life’, and ‘Changing perspective on self and career problems’ with 11 sub-categories in total. And the overall theme of the experiences was clarified as “Increasing awareness of oneself, career and life through reflection and reflexivity on life experiences”. The contributed factors to the major experiences included preselected counselor, CCI question, and client with 13 sub-categories in total. It was shown that the interpersonal skills and reactions of the counselor, CCI questions, and client's initiative contributed to the major experiences. Implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
