ETH 129 Ionopore를 이용한 ？ ba 이온 선택성 고체 접촉 전극에 관한 연구

Abstract

Calcium ion selective solid contact electrode have been fabricated from PVC layer, poly(aniline) electro-conductive polymer layer, and Pt substrate. The PVC. layer contained PVC. matrix, ETH 129 as ionophore, KTp- ClPB as lipophilic additive and bis(2-ethylhexyl)adipate as plasticizer. The limit response range of this electrode was 10-5.85 M of calcium ion in sample solution with a Nernstian slope of 25.45 mV/decade between pH 2.02 and pH 11.02. Their stabilization time was 3,800 sec with their response range of 79 sec. These electrodes continuously contacted tris buffered calcium solutions for one month without any loss of performance. Especially when these electrodes were directly applied to the artificial human serum, mineral water and various beverage, we could get the same satisfying results. The component of these sample solution do not influence the surface of these electrodes, thus these electrodes were maintained without showing any change in potentials after use in these solution with various interference ion & protein.
