장기간 분리 후 재결합한 모자가족의 갈등에 대한 가족치료 사례연구 : 애착관점의 접근

초록

본 사례 연구는 10년 동안 분리되었다가 최근에 재결합한 모자의 갈등에 초점을 두고 있다. 아동은 모와 애착을 형성하지 못하였고 부로부터 학대를 받으며 자랐다. 모는 아동과 재결합이후 암과 결핵에 걸려서 건강이 나쁜 상황이었고 둘은 서로 익숙하지 않고 생활방식이 달랐기 때문에 관계가 나빠졌다. 아동은 모에게 폭력적으로 반응하고, 모는 아동에게 따로 살자는 위협을 하였다. 두 사람은 갈등을 해결하기 위하여 가족치료에 의뢰되어 19회기 동안 가족치료에 참여하였고 서로 만족스러운 결과를 얻어 종결하였다. 본 연구는 질적 사례연구방법을 사용하였으며, 가족갈등을 불러일으키는 두 사람의 상호작용을 파악하고, 이들의 관계회복에 유익했던 개입방법을 찾고, 가족치료효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구결과 모는 비일관적 양육태도, 단절의 위협, 아동은 분노표출, 위축의 방식으로 반응하였으며 모자의 관계회복, 모와 친정모의 관계회복에 초점을 두고 애착이론에 근거한 가족개입을 하였다. 또한 양적 평가 및 질적 평가에서 모자관계 및 갈등감소의 변화가 나타났다. 본 연구는 애착손상이 있는 가족관계의 변화에 좋은 통찰을 제공할 것이다.

Abstract

This study focus on family therapy for conflict and conflict resolution between mother and son who have separated and reunited for a long time. As soon as they started to live together, their relationship soon got worse. the son acted violently against his mother, and mother told her son to break up. This study was analyzed using qualitative case study methods. Through this case study, the researcher confirmed the factors that destroy attachment bonding, the intervention methods that help to restore the relationship, and the effects of family therapy. This study will provide good insight into changing family relationship with attachment ruptures.
