본 연구는 놀이중심의 인지재활 프로그램이 우울 노인의 우울 감소와 자아통합감 향상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 K도 00군 00재가복지센터를 이용하는 70세 이상의 노인 중 한국형 간이정신상태검사(K-MMSE)에서 24점 이상으로 인지기능의 손상이 없으면서 우울증 진단을 받고 현재 약물치료 중인 노인 22명이다. 연구는 매주 1회 90분씩 월, 수 두 집단으로 나누어 총 12회기를 진행되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 놀이중심 인지재활 프로그램은 우울 노인의 우울 감소에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째. 놀이중심 인지재활 프로그램은 우울 노인의 자아통합감 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 본 연구는 놀이중심 인지재활 프로그램이 우울 노인의 우울 감소와 자아통합감 향상에 효과적임을 확인하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of play-Based cognitive rehabilitation programs on reducing depression and improving self-integration in the depressed elderly. The subjects of this study were 22 elderly people aged 70 or older who used the 00 Home Welfare Center in 00-gun, K-do, who were diagnosed with depression with no cognitive impairment with more than 24 points on the Korean Simple Mental Health Test (K-MMSE) and are currently undergoing drug treatment. The study was divided into two groups, Monday and Wednesday, for 90 minutes once a week, for a total of 12 sessions. The results of this study are as follows. First, play-Based cognitive rehabilitation programs affected the reduction of depression among depressed elderly people. Second, play-Based cognitive rehabilitation programs had a positive effect on improving the self-integration of depressed elderly people. Therefore, this study confirmed that play-Based cognitive rehabilitation programs are effective in reducing depression and improving self-integration in the depressed elderly.
