이 연구는 고령 인적자원의 활용을 위한 적극적 촉진기제로서 개발되어 국가적 지원에 의하여 제공되고 있는 성실프로그램의 효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두며, 이를 위하여 프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 사전사후검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 본 프로그램에 참여한 고령자는 참여 전과 비교하여 취업의 주요 요소인 구직행동, 구직효능감, 우울감, 자아존중감 등에서 긍정적 변화를 경험하였고 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 프로그램 참여자의 개인적 특성과 프로그램 효과와의 관계를 차이 검증한 결과 첫째, 개인적 특성에 따른 집단별로 부분적으로 프로그램 참여 효과에 차이가 나타나긴 하였지만 프로그램 효과 전면에 걸쳐 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 프로그램 참여자의 특성이 프로그램 효과에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 설명력이 매우 미미하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 프로그램 참여자의 개인적 특성이 미미하게 영향은 있지만 개인적 특성과 무관하게 프로그램의 효과가 있었음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 앞으로의 프로그램의 효과적인 운영과 프로그램 내용의 수정보완을 위하여 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. ① 남성의 경우 구직실패 경험의 부정적 인식 완화, 구직실패 원인 분석 등의 내용을 강화하여 구직행동으로의 전환을 촉진해야 할 것이다. ② 교육수준별로 진출가능한 직종을 구분하고, 내용 제시방식도 특성화해야 할 것이다. ③ 프로그램 참여자가 중요한 학습경험체임을 인식하고 연령별로 경험을 효과적으로 공유할 수 있는 소집단활동을 증가시켜야 할 것이다. ④ 참여자의 건강상태에 따라 건강상태 호전을 위한 사전적 조치 및 건강관련 내용의 비중을 조정해야 할 것이다. ⑤ 경제적 상태가 어려운 집단의 경우, 상대적 박탈감을 경감시키는 방안을 찾아야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of government support program(Sungshil program) to boost employability for the elderly through comparison pre-program marks and post-program marks. The results of comparison between pre and post are drawn positive changes each construct, such as job-searching behavior, occupational self-efficacy, depression, and self-esteem. As results of statistical analysis, there are no notable difference program effectiveness according to participants' attribute, such as sex, age group, educational backgrounds, being in a good state of health or not, and being in a good financial state or not. And participants' attribute has had an immaterial influence on the effectiveness of this program.
