평생교육기관 실무 종사자의 교수설계 역량 및 보유 수준에 관한 인식 분석

본 연구의 목적은 평생교육기관에서 실무 업무를 담당하고 있는 종사자들을 대상으로 기관 업무 수행 시 필수적으로 요구되는 교수설계 역량을 파악하고 이러한 역량들의 보유 수준에 관한 인식을 분석하는 것이다. 평생교육기관 실무 종사자 108명을 대상으로 필요한 교수설계 역량을 분석하고 이들의 보유 수준에 관한 인식을 분석하였다. 연구결과 평생교육기관 실무 종사자들은 교수설계 시 교육프로그램을 적용할 집단분석, 교육프로그램을 적용할 환경의 분석 등의 역량들이 매우 필요하다고 인식하였다. 그러나 필요한 교수설계 역량별 보유한 수준은 상대적으로 낮은 수준으로써 지속적이고 실제적인 교육방법을 통한 재교육을 통해 역량을 강화해야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to analyze the core competence of instructional design competencies and current perception on those competencies among employees in lifelong learning institutions. 108 participants took part in the study and responded some competencies in terms of significance in the field. In the result, they perceived the analysis of learning environment where learners participate and the characteristics of them as indispensible elements of employees in lifelong learning institutions. However, currently, they had lack of those competencies and therefore, they have to take part in re-training programs for instructional design competencies.
