중국 중소기업의 자금조달에 관한 소고

Abstract

Since reform and opening up for the last three decades, the Chinese economy has achieved rapid economic development and has already become one of the leading economic powers in the world. How Chinese SMEs in the process, which are funded, what about the financial system for small business, it is necessary to look at. This paper looked about the status and problems of the financing of SMEs in China. Means of financing of SMEs can be divides into internal finance and external finance. However government policy concentrated large state-owned enterprises and SMEs have internal management problems such as lack of collateral factors. To overcome financial difficulties of SMEs, since 1999 it is implemented credit guarantee institutions. But this system have several problems such as the imbalance of regional economic development and unification of evaluation criteria for the loan does not exist, giving priority to large-scale projects carried out by SMEs. The paper shows problems are caused by government policies such as state-owned enterprises expands while private enterprises shrinks and capital repression, SMEs internal problems like a business risk and a lack of collateral, and financial system problems like constraint direct financing and indirect financing flaw. In order to achieve continuous economics growth in China, it is very important to assist growing SMEs. There will be cap on Chinese economic growth without SMEs development. Therefore, the Chinese government has to find an effective solution to the SMEs financing problem.
